ANNUAL RANGE CLEANUP – Second Day
Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday! You did a great job and our community thanks you! The work isn’t done however so please join us again today!! Bring your family and friends and enjoy a day of outdoor lite exercise while helping our community facility stay clean and safe!
Volunteering for the range cleanup is a great way to show your support for not just our facility and community but also the shooting sports and a healthy, active, outdoor lifestyle!
DATES: May 15
TIMES: 9:00AM to 4:00PM
Come for an hour or the day. Lunch will be served and beverages will be available.
Here are some of the VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES.
PRE-DETERMINED ORGANIZERS – If you have a project and a group of volunteers set up to meet in your area you can meet in advance to communicate resources required, team strategy and priorities.

PROJECTS REQUIRING DROP-IN VOLUNTEERS AND COORDINATORS:
Large Construction waste – heavy material sorting and salvaging good material. You may bring gloves, wrecktools. The majority of this is south of the classroom.
Range cleaning – freshen up all range structures, garbage and collected junk. You may need gloves and masks.
Fence vegetation control – pulling tumble weeds and trimming – you may need gloves and trimmers.
Range rebuilds – carpentry and dirt work rebuilding targets. Building structures. You may need carpentry tools, please bring them if you have them.
Light range and coulee garbage cleanup – aesthetics. – you may need gloves, pick-up-sticks, bring your quad.
Backstop inspection and rock removal – you may need gloves, rakes shovels.
Clean up and organize all storage areas – amalgamate similar items – you may need gloves
