What’s The Term Of LFGA Memberships?

Membership runs from January 1 to December 31.
Existing members please renew prior to January 2nd each year to avoid the deactivation of your Range Access Card. If you renew after this date, it is your responsibility to contact the Range Operator to have your Range Access Card reactivated. This may take a few days so plan accordingly.


How Do I get a Membership?

Memberships are now available through our online system at lfga.club.  If you require your payment to be cash or cheque please contact the Membership Chair at lfga.membership@gmail.com to make arrangements.  We accept e-Transfers and you can send your e-Transfer to lfga.treasurer@gmail.com.  When the e-Transfer is completed, we will finalize your payment, activate your membership card ready to be printed, and notify you by return email.

What is LFGA’s Refund Policy?

All Sales Are Final
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through LFGA.club, Wild Apricot, cash, cheque, or EMT transactions.

This policy applies but is not limited to:

  • Membership fees (non auto renewal customers)
  • Event and/or Workshop Registrations
  • Shoot Cards
  • Day Passes

Auto Renewal Customers – We offer refunds within the first 24 hours of your membership purchase, if 24 hours have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
