Thank you Volunteers

Thank you Volunteers

Thank you to ALL the LFGA Volunteers and Happy National Volunteer Week!

This week we recognize all the volunteers who support the many areas of interest that intersect and connect through the Lethbridge Fish and Game Association.

We thank all the volunteers who provide leadership …  the executive, the board and the members who attend meetings.
We appreciate all the members who are outdoor enthusiasts. They donate their time and resources to enhance the ability of future generations to enjoy all forms of outdoor adventures and sports.
We thank the organizers and volunteers  programs that support the maintenance and development of habitat. These people donate their time and money for our organizational goals. Some of our great people are involved as stewards for tracts of land that our volunteers look after.
Thanks to the volunteers who work with 4H clubs and Alberta Conservation Association to raise and release pheasants into the wild to be viewed enjoyed by many and hunted by a few. Our appreciation goes out to the volunteers who work in harmony with other outdoor organizations like the Alberta Fish and Game Association, Alberta Conservation Association, Alberta Hunter Education Instructors Association and many more.
We appreciate the members who are the advocates for the Albertans who are active in the outdoors ensuring there is appropriate legislation protecting fish, wildlife and habitat.
We thank our huge community of volunteers who are the heart and soul of our Shooting Sports Facility. We appreciate the passion all our volunteers have for the health safety and security of all people. These volunteers coach, teach and model responsible use of firearms.  This LFGA community of volunteers is growing as people learn and develop a passion for any of the shooting sports.
We take this time to celebrate the fact that we are a very diverse growing community of people with common interests a community where everyone is a volunteer!!

Cheers,
