Lethbridge Fish and Game Archery
Youth Target Archery –
Youth target archery run by an NCCP Competition Development coach. [Free Program] Thursdays beginning May 16. Time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Access to range 5:45 p.m. Archers must have their own equipment. Experience is encouraged, but not necessary. 3D Fun Night-
Tuesdays starting May 7th. And ending August 20th. Times as follows. Access Range at 6.00 pm for warm up. Event starts at 6:30 pm and concludes approximately 8.00 pm. There is a $10 charge for adults and youth are free.
Non LFGA members may attend but must be accompanied by a LFGA Range Marshall who will be present at the range. Please wait at the gate for admission and a LFGA Range Marshall shall let you in. Prior to shooting you must sign a LFGA waiver. For information contact Tom Hopkins [email protected]
Learn to Bow Hunt-
Monday June 10th. From 7:00 to 8:30 pm. Class includes legal requirements, animal identification and stalking, shooting form and tracking skills.
Free to LFGA members and Community at large [ages 12+]. Course starts in the hut meeting room at the LFGA Shooting Sports Facility. If a non member wait at the gate and a LFGA Range Marshall will let you in.
Archery for Beginners–
Monday June 24th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Ages 10 to adult. Maximum 12 participants. Open to members and non members. Basic instruction on recurve bows or compound bows provided you have your own bow. There is no charge for this program. Register with Tom Hopkins [email protected]
Individual Instruction Adults Only–
For beginners or intermediate archers who need help with their shooting form. You must have your own equipment. To book a time convenient for both or for more information contact Jude Hooey at [email protected] NCCP competition development coach. Cost $50 per hour per person.
