Dear Association,

Hi! I am Keith, a researcher working with the University of Alberta.

We are currently doing a fish survey, and would appreciate it if you could send this survey to your members. The purpose of this research is to determine how much locally caught fish Albertans are eating. This is to help the Alberta government determine health guidelines for how much of each fish is healthy to eat.

Questions include what type of fish you eat, what part of the fish you eat, how you prepare the food, and which bodies of water you fish at, etc..

This is a short survey of about 5-10 minutes, so it should not be too much of an inconvenience for your members!

If you would like to send this survey to your members, so as to better inform us and the Alberta government, it would be much appreciated!
