The New online membership program has been a fantastic success! Of course there have been some small speed bumps as there are always some inconsistencies when moving systems and from one record system to another. We must say however that our members are more computer literate than they thought, because most members are going through with no issues. Their are one or two small issues with incorrect email address (the system uses your email as a unique login user name) and some family memberships were set to the wrong number of adults. The small group of people affected have been excellent about contacting us for help right away and are back on their way in minutes with a renewed membership and updated member record! We will be onsite at the LFGA Shooting Sports Facility’s entrance trailer to process Membership renewals and New Membership purchases. If you want assistance with your first time login or wish to pay by cash, cheque, credit card, bank transfer etc. we will be able to assist you!! We will be availible for drop in on Dec. 27 from 7:00 am until 1:00 pm and Dec. 28 from 2:30 pm until 7:30 pm*. If you would like to book your time (outside these times or at another time) please email lfga.community.relations.com. We can also assist you by phone (please email for the phone number) on most days throughout the Holiday Season except for Dec. 24 after 3:00 pm, Dec. 25th & 26th, We will be availible for phone or email assistance on Jan 1st from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.

If you need any assistance with the online system please don’t get frustrated, contact us for assistance. The new membership system is not just for renewing memberships it will be used as our secure member database allowing many new features to be brought online in the next few months and giving you the member control over your own data.
It is very important that the information in your member profile is correct. We are encouraging everyone to either update your account yourself or to contact us to help you update your information. Please email for help, to get a call back or to get our direct support number. – Scott
*Dates and time may change due to bad weather conditions or other issues but any changes will be posted here and on our Facebook Feed. If you are coming in from out of town or are on a very tight schedule please contact us ahead of time to make sure we have someone available to help you when you arrive. Unless an advance booking is made it will be first come first served.
