Attention Members – Auto Renewals
The majority of auto-renew memberships have been processed without issue. We have been contacted by a member however indicating that there may be an issue with the credit card processor / bank that may affect some reoccurring payments.This system is separate from the LFGA membership system and we are in the process of communicating with Affinity Pay to confirm if there is an issue and get it resolved. We will work with them to implement a solution as soon as possible for any renewal that has been declined in error. As we are aware of the possibility of an issue there is no need to contact us if your membership did not renew properly as the membership system sends us an alert. We will keep you informed and work with Affinity Pay to have any issues with automatic renewals resolved. -Scott
