19 Years and Still On Target!
The FRANK LEFFINGWELL MEMORIAL SHOOT today was once again a fully booked shooting sports event held at the LFGA Shooting Sports Facility! This popular event has taken place for 19 years and was as always an excellent opportunity for riflemen and women from local and distant locals to come together and compete for bragging rights and large cash prizes!
We will be publishing the winners as soon as they are verified and released to us but we wanted to draw your attention to why this shooting event is so important to our community and is named after Frank Leffingwell, community builder and safe shooting facility proponent!
Evelyn Leffingwell, Frank’s wife, and LFGA life member and beloved mentor shared her thoughts and memories of Frank today after competing in the match herself!
Today’s successful event was a result of extensive planning by Madeline Balla supported by a fantastic group of LFGA Volunteers! If you would like to know more about volunteering or sign up please visit our Volunteer Community website at Volunteer LFGA.
Here are some snapshots of today’s events and competitors.
