Every year we have an awesome banquet – great food, good times and we recognize some of our amazing volunteers. This event takes a lot of work and we need your help!
We are having our first organizing meeting next Tuesday , November 6 at 5.30. The Kerbers will host this meeting at their house – 808 6 Ave S (Yes, you are correct – that is the place with the incredible halloween decorations).
Help with what? Mostly finding sponsors for our awards night and finding auction items for our silent auction.
Also – do you have to make room in your freezer for this year’s harvest? We will graciously accept your meat donations.
